Billionaire Boy by David Walliams

A triumphant mix of wit and warmth, that will have you gripped to your seat.

I especially enjoyed the part when Joe Spud was naughty and was punished by Miss Sprite so he had litter duty for one year! my favorite character is Raj because he is very funny and is stupid. David Walliams cleverly describes the Grubbs because they have so much detail.

Meet Joe Spud, the richest 12-year-old in the World. When Joe was young his Dad was a toilet paper factory worker and he wrapped the toilet paper around the cardboard tubes. He wrapped, roll-after-roll, day-after-day, year-after-year until his hope had almost disappeared. Then suddenly he had a fantastic, spectacular idea that he thought could make him billions, and it did! Joe has everything he could ever want: his own Formula one race car, a thousand pairs of trainers and even an Orang-utan for a butler! Yes, Joe Spud has everything he wants, but there is just one thing he really needs: a friend…
